At I'm Getting Married Store, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Not be a personalized/custom-made item
🚫 Please Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized or custom-made products (including items with names, dates, or custom text), unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at at hello@imgettingmarried.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- You may also opt for store credit or an exchange for eligible products.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. In such cases, we'll cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@imgettingmarried.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
